ENCE announce hades benching
The first of two rumored changes in the ENCE lineup has been made official.
Polish AWPer Olek "hades" Miskiewicz has been moved to ENCE's inactive roster, the Finnish organization announced on Friday. The move comes just a day after the publication of HLTV.org's report indicating that the organization will go after Movistar Riders' Álvaro "SunPayus" García.
This marks the end of the Pole's 15 months with the organization. It is the first of what is believed to be two changes in the ENCE lineup that started 2022 in hot form, as Vitality are linked with a move for Lotan "Spinx" Giladi to replace Kévin "misutaaa" Rabier.

hades joined ENCE on a temporary basis in May of 2021, standing in for Aleksi "allu" Jalli, but the move was made permanent the following June as the organization was impressed by the Pole's performance and the Finn's future remained uncertain.
With the AWPer, the team came out victorious from LOOT.BET Season 9 and Funspark ULTI 2021 Europe Playoffs 1 in his first year. Following the addition of Pavle "Maden" Bošković in 2022, ENCE went on an incredible run of form culminating with a No. 2 in the world rankings, matching the record set by the team's 2019 Finnish lineup.
However, ENCE were not able to claim trophies from any of the big event finals attended this year, with hades leaving the team with a 1.03 Big Event rating and a 0.91 average rating at the two Majors he participated.

"After evaluating the past season, the team management decided to move Olek "hades" Miskiewicz from our active CS:GO lineup," read the statement released by ENCE. "For the upcoming tournament season, we will be fielding a new AWPer, who will be announced at a later date," it continued.
"Benching hades is a tough decision, but one that I think needs to be made at this time. hades showed good progress and development [...] but for the direction we are going for we need a change," added Eetu "sAw" Saha.
ENCE will announce their new roster ahead of ESL Pro League Season 16's roster lock on August 16, with the tournament being the first the squad will attend following the end of the break.
ENCE are now:
Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer
Pavle "Maden" Bošković
Lotan "Spinx" Giladi
Paweł "dycha" Dycha
Eetu "sAw" Saha (coach)
Olek "hades" Miskiewicz (benched)
