Where you live doesn't make the difference, just because sprout would move to na doesn't mean they can play na qualifiers

Yes it does... They're not gonna force a team to move back to another region if they're primarily competing in one.

The rules state differently, a region of the team is defined by the nationalities of the teams core, so if 3 or more players are from the same region they have to play in that region. They make exceptions for SA, but *technically* that's against official rules

If Sprout was living in China they would play the Asian RMR Not so hard to understand.

Yes, they would. Now if you wanna keep trolling, do it alone. I will not answer your baits anymore.

Read the rules. Sprout would never be allowed to compete in any other RMR. Brazil can get away with abusing NA just cause both NA and SA qualifiers are part of the Americas RMR.

Exactly, technically SA and NA is the same "AMERICAS", thats the reason SA and NA have "free pass" to play both SA or NA.

There is no real reason to br teams to come to na anymore, no better competition, no tournaments, just easy spots for them
