Aaron: "I would say f**k you [to accusations] if we at least won one or two matches"
Aaron was hoping for more from his team in an effort to prove the haters wrong.

PERA have come out of nowhere to earn themselves two shots at significant LAN events in recent times, not only qualifying for the European RMR in Bucharest, but also for ESL Pro League. They have also become embroiled in controversy, with several high-profile names in the community levelling accusations of cheating towards the team, and Aurora posting a tweet accusing them of playing in rigged matches.
Coming into their group for the Europe RMR as the second-lowest ranked team, expectations were low for PERA, and they exited the competition with an 0-3 record after losses to Cloud9, GamerLegion and Preasy.
Áron "Aaron" Homoki gave a quick interview to HLTV after his team's elimination in Romania to talk about their campaign, the social media furore surrounding them, and their goals for ESL Pro League.

Obviously this is a tough moment, how are you feeling right now?
Disappointed for sure, because we knew we are not a team who has a high chance to qualify for this event, but we prepared a lot and we were believing in ourselves. We thought we could manage at least one or two wins, but the experience was winning today.
So do you think that was the problem, just experience?
I would say it meant a lot, it was not the only problem of course because we have some in-game problems as well, but experience in big LANs. We got scared a bit at the beginning and in the best of ones, and we just didn't take our chance versus GamerLegion and they just stomped us.
Obviously before this event, Aurora made that tweet. Does stuff like that affect you coming into the event?
Yeah, it's definitely affecting us. A lot of haters and not only Aurora, there are streamers as well, there are big players who are even at this event. We wanted to show what we are capable of, but maybe the pressure hit us wrong because we just played scared.
Like you say there are the teams here, Guild Eagles, and other people as well who have made accusations. What do you say to those accusations?
Best would be if I could say fuck you. I would say fuck you if we at least won one or two matches, but with this type of game that we play, these qualities, I cannot say really much. They can watch us in Pro League. I hope we're going to improve and we have enough experience to not get scared, and they can say whatever they say.
Looking forward now, you've got Pro League coming up, is that another chance for you guys to show what you're capable of?
Yeah, for sure that's the next big step for us, so we prepare until then.
