LOS release team after less than two months
The organization has released its team and departed North America after failing to qualify for any significant events.
LOS has released its lineup just 44 days after announcing its signing, bringing an early end to the Brazilian roster's run together. Players on the team have already purchased tickets to return to Brazil, according to Dust2.br, and a majority of its members are likely to return to the sidelines as they were only on loan to LOS from Fluxo and Imperial.
LOS chose to compete in the North America PGL Major Copenhagen Americas RMR qualifiers rather than in South America — to the disdain of some in the community — at the start of the year, but were eliminated early from the closed qualifier with a 1-3 record in the Swiss stage.

Efforts to qualify for IEM Chengdu and BLAST Spring Showdown also fell short, but the team was otherwise faring well in ESEA Advanced with a flawless 11-0 record. In announcing the roster's release, the organization did not rule out a return to Counter-Strike, but said they would continue to "study the market" for a new project that shares their "DNA."
"At the beginning of the year, we took advantage of some market opportunities and put together a team, resuming our trajectory within CS, a project that our fans had always asked for," the organization said in their statement.
"Working hard with the group over the last 60 days, we have ended our partnership today by mutual agreement. During this time, we have identified the need to change direction and pieces, which for us, as an organization at the moment, is not interesting. We wish the players all the success and hope to see them again in the future.
"To the fans, we will see you soon in this discipline [Counter-Strike], where we continue to study the market in order to choose a project with our DNA."
