Nouns have made yet another tweak to their roster after a number of changes over the past few months.

RUSH returns to a salaried lineup after nearly a year

Nouns have bolstered their lineup with the addition of veteran rifler William "⁠RUSH⁠" Wierzba. Making way for RUSH is Anthony "⁠CLASIA⁠" Kearney, who had initially joined the side on a trial basis in mid-April.

After taking a lengthy break from play following his departure from Evil Geniuses, RUSH returned to action in March of this year under the Party Astronauts banner. During his tenure, the org-less squad qualified for ESL Challenger Jönköping, and competed at ESL Challenger Melbourne, finishing in 5-6th place.

In joining Nouns, RUSH reunites with former EG Black teammates Jeorge "⁠Jeorge⁠" Endicott and Paytyn "⁠junior⁠" Johnson, having last competed with the pair in May 2023.

Filling the gap left behind by the departure of RUSH, Party Astronauts have opted to bring on Gage "⁠Infinite⁠" Green, who joins as a stand-in after last competing for Wildcard in early March.

Nouns' recent run of form with CLASIA was a mixed bag; the American quintet won the majority of their ESL Challenger League Season 47 matches, but fell short in the North American ESWC open qualifier and in David's Cup.

A notable consequence of CLASIA's brief tenure with Nouns and his previous stint standing in for Party Astronauts is that the young rifler will be unable to compete in ESL events until August, a rule that similarly prevented Audric "⁠JACKZ⁠" Jug from competing for G2 at IEM Dallas.

Nouns are set to debut with RUSH tonight in their ESL Challenger League matches against Carpe Diem.

Mythic is pretty stable. They only added stewart and getright for a few matches when some of their players were in...Thailand I think.

Mythic isn't a true competitive team though.. they stream matches. It's certainly good to have them around but they'll never go to T2 or beyond.

if you think about the NA scene, it isn't bad all those rotations. From outside looks like "the same players are changing between the same teams". At some point in the future, one of those iterations will end forming the best lineup NA can give (besides Complexity obviously).

Nah, if a successful iteration was somehow found in these shuffles, they would almost certainly have to be ranked higher than that. Party Astronauts (the team RUSH is leaving) are ranked 48 in the world right now without being particularly great.

I mean maybe it won't be a top 5 team, but at least it could reach top20 and be a team that can produce some upsets, make a name for themselves. Nowadays there's no such team. Their rise doesn't last that much: M80, Elevate, Nouns... Boss? Wildcard?
