Among the contenders for the event's $290,000 grand prize is TYLOO, who claimed a 2-0 record in Group C with wins over Virtus.pro and Astralis, despite being forced to use coach WeiJie "zhokiNg" Zhong as a stand-in in lieu of Dongkai "Jee" Ji.
The Chinese team will be competing with 3DMAX in their quarter-final series, who logged wins over Rare Atom and paiN to claim their place among the top eight.

On TYLOO's side of the bracket is SAW, who impressed with back-to-back wins over FURIA in their debut after returning to their Lusophone roots. SAW will be looking to keep up their good fortunes against Complexity, who reached playoffs after securing hard-fought wins over BIG and BetBoom.

Astralis, who made playoffs with two wins over MIBR while suffering a loss to TYLOO, will be taking on the event's other remaining Chinese squad, facing off against Lynn Vision in their first playoff matchup.

The fourth quarterfinal will see a clash of sides debuting new AWPers, as GamerLegion and BetBoom square off with fresh faces Jeremy "Kursy" Gast and Artem "ArtFr0st" Kharitonov, respectively, in the sniping department.
