TeamOne qualify for BLAST Fall Showdown & FiReLEAGUE Global Finals

The Brazilian team have too many events on their plate in October.

TeamOne have won Ace North American Masters Fall over Nouns, earning themselves spots in both the BLAST Premier Fall Showdown as well as the Flow FiReLEAGUE Global Finals.

Pedro "Maluk3" Campos' troops fought their way past BHOP and Nouns in the GSL group stage to make it to the playoffs, where they subsequently defeated EG White to book a spot in the grand final.

TeamOne will need to pick between attending two events in October

There they faced Nouns in a rematch, and once again came out on top after a three-map affair. Danny "Cxzi" Strzelczyk's side opened the series up with a win on Inferno, but TeamOne were quickly back in control as Mario "malbsMd" Samayoa led the way to a swift Overpass victory before cruising through the Mirage decider.

The qualification leaves TeamOne with an extremely busy calendar in October. The team will travel to Europe at the start of the month to compete in the IEM Road to Rio Americas RMR, and will need to remain on the Old Continent until the end of the month when they take part in the BLAST Fall Showdown.

The Brazilians will also need to pick between playing at the FiReLEAGUE Global Finals or ESL Challenger Rotterdam, for which they qualified last week. The two events are both slated to take place from October 14-16, leaving TeamOne with a difficult decision as to which they will attend.

It's an SA organization making SA teams evolve, you should praise Fireleague, they make the entire continent scene better.

Exactly, at this point i think tournament organizers should just move some events to latam and atart reaĺly investing in our region. Na is just dead in cs, while in brazil we have a huge community, very good viwership and very active scene.

well its gonna be tough for the events and more spots to be given to SA for the same reason that they are given to NA , these BR teams are all based in NA and their players mostly stay and live there for better part of the competing years. lets say a tournament gets 3 qualifications from NA region and 2 of them are Furia and Pain, Brazillian orgs with BR players BUT they are all based in NA , playing in NA so their spots just cant be given to a different region where they dont play themselves. What i am trying to say is that for the tournament organizers to give more spots to South America , they would need all the South American teams and organizations to move and make South America as the base of their operations. Invites and Spots are allotted based on the regions and the teams competing in those regions

I disagree because all they are missing is Furia and then you have the best teams in LATAM, i think the FlowFire League, where 9z and Isurus qualified, is a better example because you had the best not T1 LATAM teams there

9z was already qualified, Imperial and MIBR were invited, the idea is that low tier teams have their first bootcamp in EU and an oportunity where to show it, that's the case of windingo and Isurus It's a tournament that really has improved our region, argentina particularly
