Austin Major Stage 2 round three matches set

Falcons will be fighting for their Major lives against OG in the 0-2 pool.

The matchups have been determined for the third round of games in Stage 2 of the BLAST.tv Austin Major.

Four teams will be vying for a spot in Stage 3 tomorrow, as FaZe and Virtus.pro are poised to clash with Brazilian sides Legacy and paiN, respectively, for a chance to move on.

Conversely, four other teams are staring down the possibility of a 0-3 exit from the Austin Major. Among them is Falcons, who will be taking on OG in the 0-2 pool after dismal losses to B8 and Lynn Vision. The other elimination game will feature MIBR taking on Kirill "⁠Boombl4⁠" Mikhailov's BetBoom.

Lynn Vision relegate Falcons to 0-2 pool

The second day of Stage 2 will also feature a slew of best-of-ones in the 1-1 pool. Notably, Lynn Vision have matched up with TYLOO for a domestic matchup far from home. The other 1-1 games feature M80 meeting FURIA, 3DMAX facing Nemiga, and B8 tussling with HEROIC.
