The former Apeks duo replace VLDN and CeRq on the roster.

BLEED have announced the signing of Tim "⁠nawwk⁠" Jonasson and Joakim "⁠jkaem⁠" Myrbostad from Apeks.

The duo wasted no time finding a new team after Apeks announced on May 1 that it was set to undergo a rebuild with the transfer listing of the entire roster.

Their arrival sees Vladan "⁠VLDN⁠" Radević and Tsvetelin "⁠CeRq⁠" Dimitrov placed on the bench. The Serbian player had only been a part of the team for two months, having joined as a replacement for Laurențiu "⁠lauNX⁠" Țârlea in March, while the Bulgarian AWPer was a member since BLEED's inception in December.

In their tenure, a qualification for October's Thunderpick World Championship and a runners-up finish in RES Regional Series 2 last month were highlights of an otherwise mixed track record.

"It's never easy to make decisions like these, but when the opportunity is there, you have to take it," Aleksandar "⁠kassad⁠" Trifunović told HLTV. "Esports is a performance-based industry and tough decisions are a part of that, when I took this job I knew there would be days like this.

"Hampus and I together believe that these two players are gonna take our game to the next level, especially because he worked with Tim [nawwk] before and I have a long-standing successful relationship with Jod [jkaem]."

With tenured players nawwk and jkaem, BLEED will hope to find the uptick they need to enter the top 30 for the first time. The incoming players were consistently Apeks' best performers, with the AWPer averaging a 1.11 and the Norwegian rifler a 1.13 rating in CS2.

They arrive just in time for BLEED's first LAN appearance at the MESA Nomadic Masters Spring, set to take place from May 28-June 2 in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

Yeah I think it's huge. They can definitely crack top 15 with this roster. Nawwk and jkaem can also bring some tactics and perspective from Apeks that could benefit Bleed a lot.

yes ego, most of these players were kicked from tier1 teams, they now think they are better than tier2(but they arent) so most of them are going to play selfishly to only care about their own stats instead of team success. which is why most of teams full of rejects always fail BLEED, ITB, TSM, Betboom putting 5 rejects on a team doesnt work well.

Great job to kassad&bleed with the signings. Im happy to see a pretty recent org (in cs that is) making so many good decisions and actually trusting the vision. As far as I understand his and the orgs ambitions are pretty big and I think theyll get a lot of mileage out of the core of nawwk jkaem & hampus. Not fully convinced on cypher & faven being able to hold their own in the tier 1.5 ish environment, which seems to be the teams goal as of right now, but Im definitely looking forward to seeing the team play.

I disagree, especially with how young he is, similar to ztr, just needs time to form a system and get the players around him to buy into the system. He wasnt given the time to build his system, and was given the task to build around players he knew were leaving soon like styko. ZTR found his team and they built around him and now metizport is better than ever. NIP never gave him that chance. Sense just needs time and to have a stable roster around him, as well as a coach that can help enhance the system to its fullest potential.

The signing of nawwk makes sense but since CYPHER has performed really well in jkaem's natural role, I don't get why they replaced VLDN with him. He is quite versatile but wouldn't it have been smarter to have kept VLDN as anchor when he has been their best player lately and much younger
